Travel Tips- QUANTUM TRAVELS
- Before planning your travel dates ensure that your passport has at least six months validity from the planned travel date. Carry extra passport size photos and ID cards in case your passport gets stolen or lost.
- Get an all-inclusive travel insurance and make sure it covers you for all the places you want to visit and for all the activities that you have planned for the trip.
- Make sure that you have the right visas for the countries you are visiting or transiting and cross check for any other entry or exit requirements.
- Make multiple copies of your passport details, insurance policy, traveller’s cheques, visas and credit card numbers. Keep all copies separately in different bags and leave a copy of the same with someone at home.
- Keep in regular contact with friends and family back home. Give them a copy of your itinerary so they know where you are.
- Respect the culture and obey the laws of the country you're visiting even if they seem harsh or unfair. Don't expect to be treated differently from the locals just because you're a tourist.
- Keep an emergency contact number on your phones lock screen.
- If traveling to USA make sure all your portable electronics are charged.
